When companies feel entitled they don’t build a culture. Instead they build an atmosphere based solely on transactions. This gives the employees no reason to stay or do their best. The employee always feels unimportant and easily replaceable.
A business should build a culture that is mission driven; making each employee, contractor, intern, volunteer etc feel like they are a part of that mission.

29 years old. Attended Virginia Tech University and Liberty University where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Management. Christian was the Director of Marketing for StarTek Workforce Solutions, LLC from 2014-2016 where he helped to increase productivity by optimizing marketing strategies with the implementation of new software. He is now President of StarTek and oversees all company field operations in all locations to include the overseeing of all company Directors.
Christian is also the Owner of StarLink Construction Utilities and StarLink Wireless where his main focus is client relations and business development. Over the course of his 11-year career, his businesses amassed over $200 million in sales. Christian founded FinanciBull with the vision to educate families financially. He believes that as times have changed many people’s mindset around making and investing money has remained the same.
Christian has built teams in over 23 states. His philosophy in building teams has always been the same “treat others as you want to be treated”. Christian believes that while employees should be thankful to have jobs, It’s also true that companies should be grateful to have employees. Christian always challenges his team with the following question: “How many families can we serve?”

Eric has been in the financial industry for nearly two decades, and he began with the mindset of education first. “Because of the lack of financial concepts taught in our society, it has become culturally acceptable in today’s world to not understand how money works.” And that is a wrong that Eric is determined to correct.
With his drive and passion for teaching people education, entrepreneurship, and leadership, he has spent his entire professional career building winning teams and quality relationships both in business and life.
