When companies feel entitled they don’t build a culture. Instead they build an atmosphere based solely on transactions. This gives the employees no reason to stay or do their best. The employee always feels unimportant and easily replaceable.

A business should build a culture that is mission driven; making each employee, contractor, intern, volunteer etc feel like they are a part of that mission.

Our mission – in short- “No family left behind” :water_buffalo:

Did you know the average person says they need $1.9 million to retire comfortably at age 60. The average 401(k) balance for someone in their 60s is $172K. That’s just simply not enough for someone in their retirement.

With social security running out and very few companies having pensions, it is now more important than ever that Americans are educated on other vehicles that can aid them in their journey to financial freedom and security. Our purpose is to change the way people make, save and invest their money because our old system’s way of retirement is not up-to-date with our countries current state.
